Rental Program

Underwriting/subsidy review

Finding a quality home you can afford shouldn’t be out of reach.

We understand that safe, comfortable housing is essential for families to thrive — but for many Oklahomans, rising costs can make that difficult. Our Rental Program helps income-qualified households access well-built, energy-efficient homes at attainable monthly rents.

Eligibility is determined by your household size and the county where you live. For example, a family of four in Oklahoma County earning $78,150 or less may qualify.

Our goal is to help working families and individuals find long-term stability in great neighborhoods. These homes are reserved for residents earning 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) or below.

How It Works
  1. Check Your Eligibility
Review your household size and income compared to your county’s AMI limits.

  2. Submit a Rental Application
You can apply online using our secure form or mail a completed application to our office. Be sure to include all required documentation to verify eligibility.

  3. Move In and Thrive
Once approved, you’ll have access to a quality rental home built to support long-term community growth and stability.
