Have you ever wondered if you could own a home? We understand that the dream of homeownership can feel out of reach for many, but we’re here to help make it a reality. Our special affordable housing program is designed specifically for income-qualified households in Oklahoma. Your eligibility is determined by your family size and the county you reside in. For example, if you are a household of four living in Oklahoma County, earning a $77,350 income or less, and have a qualifying credit score of 680, you might be eligible for our program.
By following the steps outlined below, you can take the first step towards owning your own home. ​​​
